Terms of Participation in The Baltic PR Weekend 2011 International Conference:

1. To participate in the conference an application form should be filled in in advance.

2. An individual application form should be filled in for each attendee.

3. The completed application form should be sent to The Baltic PR Weekend 2011 Organizing Committee by fax +7-812-380-00-02 or by e-mail bprw@bprw.com.

4. The Organizing Committee will accept applications for participation until  5st of September, 2011.

6. Participation in The Baltic PR Weekend 2011 involves certain costs, as detailed below.

7. The cost of participation in the main program of the conference (including a participant kit (information materials on the conference)) is 39 000 RUR.

8. The cost of Full Delegate Package (including participation in the main conference program and accommodation in Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg) is 50 800 RUR.

9. The cost of participation in the Weekend Party is 5 000 RUR.

10. The cost of a an additional participant kit  is 5 000 RUR.

11. The prices for accommodation in Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg for the BPRW delegates are as follows*:

-    Single room - 7850 RUR per night (breakfast included);
-    Double room – 9110 RUR per night (breakfast included)

12. If the application is received before the 1 of July, 2011, the participant will receive a 20 % discount**.

13. A group discount of 10 % will be granted if three or more representatives from the same company take part in the conference.

14. A 20 % discount will be granted to members of the Russian Public Relations Association (RPRA).

15. The right to participate in the conference free of charge is granted to one representative from each corporate member of the North-West branch of the RPRA. Other participants representing NW RPRA member organizations will receive a 20 % discount.

16.  The 10 % discount will be granted to members of the Russian Public Relations Consultancies Association (ICCO Russia).

17. Attendance of all events held within the format of The Baltic PR Weekend 2011 and the receipt of all materials is possible only after getting official accreditation.

18. The registered participant can assign the right of participation in the conference to another person, having informed the Organizing Committee beforehand. This should be done in writing before 5st of September, 2011.

19. Accreditation of journalists is carried out via the website of the conference.

 

*The special prices for accommodation in Corinthia Hotel St Petersburg are only valid for The Baltic PR Weekend delegates and are only provided if the accommodation is booked via the Organizing Committee: +7 (812) 380-00-07, bprw@bprw.com.

**The discount is provided for all classes of accreditation except the Weekend Party.
