Corporate culture issues to be discussed at The Baltic PR Weekend

A round table discussion “Export of Western corporate culture in Russia – successful or not?” will be held within The Baltic PR Weekend 10th International Conference. Kimberly-Clark company will become the partner of the round table.

“More and more international and multinational companies are coming to Russia, naturally, bringing their own corporate culture and values into our business environment. It is curious to see how successful Western business traditions on the Russian ground are, how they adapt or change, and if there is anything that Russian companies could counter them with”, says Miroslav Koshelyuk, host of the round table and chairman of the board of directors of Princip PR agency.

Exclusively for the discussion, the organizers invited a foreign expert - Raymond F. Zammuto, Professor at the University of Queensland Business School (Australia), specialist in strategy and sustainability, author of numerous publications and books on corporate culture and strategic management in companies and organizations from a wide variety of spheres.

Among the confirmed speakers there are:
• Anastasiya Zhigalova, PR Director, Kimberly-Clark ,
• Irina Zueva, Head of PR Department, Ekonika Corporation ,
• Svetlana Zaslavskaya, Adviser on Public Relations, ExxonMobil
• Elena Sosnovtseva, Head of PR department, Bank Societe Generale Vostok
• Marina Glushkova, PR Director, Rolf Group.
